The former Congolese international Philippe Kinzumbi is currently facing tough times with Club Africain.

The Lubumbashi native signed with the Tunisian club during the last summer transfer window as a free agent.

Having not regained his top form, the former TP Mazembe player has been underperforming with the Tunisian outfit.

In addition to physical issues, he has been troubled by a complaint filed by Lubumbashi's flagship club to the International Federation of Football (FIFA) for unilateral contract termination.

Moreover, his French coach David Bettoni hasn't been much help, giving him only limited playing time.
