Alassane Pléa isn’t ruling out a return to France. And not just anywhere. The Lille native has a special affection for LOSC, his boyhood club. Speaking to La Voix du Nord, the Borussia Mönchengladbach striker didn’t hide his excitement at the idea of one day wearing the Dogues’ colors.

At 32, Alassane Pléa is entering the final year of his contract with the German club. This situation naturally opens the door to new considerations. “I have one year left. I think we’ll talk about the future in the coming weeks,” he hinted, leaving the door open.

On the pitch, the former Nice forward remains in top form. In 30 appearances this season, he’s scored 12 goals and provided 7 assists—solid stats that speak to his consistency.
LOSC, who are fighting for a European campaign next season, could see him as a valuable, experienced addition.
