Malik Tchokounté continues with Stade Lavallois

Stade Lavallois will once again be able to count on one of its key attacking players. Malik Tchokounté, 35, has extended his contract for another season. He is now tied to the Tango club until June 2026.

With his vast experience, the French-Cameroonian has been a crucial part of Laval’s system this season. Across 34 appearances in all competitions, the striker has netted 9 goals and provided 2 assists. Malik Tchokounté is also a leader in the dressing room—calm, hard-working, and always ready to fight for the badge.

His contract extension is part of the club’s strategy to rely on experienced players to help guide the next generation and aim even higher.
