Marc Bola and Samsunspor, it's over

The adventure has come to an end for Marc Bola in Turkey. Having joined Samsunspor in July 2023, the Congolese-born left-back will not be extending his stay with the club.

With his contract set to expire in June 2025, Marc Bola is no longer part of the club’s plans. It’s an early departure, apparently without hard feelings, after a season that was a personal success. In 33 appearances across all competitions, the 27-year-old contributed one goal and provided five assists.

A former Middlesbrough player, Marc Bola leaves the Süper Lig after a season marked by commitment and consistency. Now, all eyes are on where the elegant left-back will land next, with his skill set likely to attract clubs searching for experience and attacking drive down the flanks.
