Mercato: Zinedine Belaïd close to joining Al Ahly SC!

Reports from the Egyptian press reveal that Al Ahly is looking to strengthen its squad with a new Arab player during the upcoming summer transfer window.
The "Red Devils" want to solidify their ranks in preparation for the expanded FIFA Club World Cup 2025, which will take place in the United States from June 14 to July 13, 2025.
Zinedine Belaïd, a major reinforcement for Al Ahly!
According to reliable information published by the Egyptian website Botolat, Algerian international Zinedine Belaïd has officially agreed to join Al Ahly, leaving behind his current team, Saint-Trond in Belgium.
A source close to Al Ahly stated: "We have contacted Zinedine Belaïd, and he has confirmed his desire to join our club. We have not yet contacted his club."
Meanwhile, journalist Ibrahim Fayek confirmed the news on a television show, indicating that Al Ahly's management, led by president Mahmoud El Khatib, has made the former USM Alger player one of its top priorities for the upcoming transfer window. According to him, Al Ahly is now 85% of the way to securing this signing.
It should be noted that if this transfer is confirmed, Belaïd would become the club’s fifth signing of this summer transfer window, following the arrivals of Mahmoud Hassan "Trezeguet", the signing of Ahmed Sayed "Zizo", the loan of Hamdi Fathi, and the acquisition of international midfielder Mohamed Ali Ben Ramadan.
