Morocco: Ayyoub Bouaddi explains his choice

Ayyoub Bouaddi has ultimately decided to represent Morocco at senior level. The young Moroccan has spoken out about his decision.

Speaking to the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, Ayyoub Bouaddi explained his choice, which was influenced in part by Morocco's head coach Mohamed Ouahbi and the president of the FRMF, Fouzi Lekjaa.

"The coach and the president immediately told me to choose Morocco, that it was the right decision. That I would receive an incredible welcome. And they weren't lying, because that's exactly what happened — I was given an amazing welcome, the facilities are top-notch, the team is fantastic, so everything is perfect," said the Senlis-born player.

He added: "I've made my choice and I'm very proud of it. It's a relief to have made this decision. I'm proud to represent my country, Morocco. A huge thank you to the Moroccan people, and I hope we achieve great things together."
