Al Ahly SC have officially announced the signing of Tunisian international Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane from Hungarian side Ferencvaros.

The 25 year old midfielder was unveiled in video shared on Al Ahly's official platforms on Tuesday. Although contract length details remain undisclosed, Ben Romdhane's completed all formalities to join the reigning African champions.

From Tunis to Budapest - Now Cairo Bound

Ben Romdhane who previously starred for Tunisian giants Esperance, made the switch to Hungary before catching Al Ahly’s attention. Ferencvaros confirmed they'd accepted the egyptian club’s offer paving the way for his move to Cairo.

Al Ahly's Fourth Summer Signing

This signing marks Al Ahly's fourth addition in busy transfer window. The club's already secured:

• Mahmoud Hassan "Trezeguet" from Trabzonspor
• Hamdy Fathy on loan from Al Wakrah
• Goalkeeper Mohamed Seha from Al Mokawloon Al Arab

The red devils are also expected to finalize high profile deal for Ahmed Sayed Zizo once his contract with Zamalek expires.
