With the Bundesliga season just concluded, Stuttgart has already begun preparations for the upcoming campaign. On Monday, the Reds officially announced the permanent signing of Bilal El Khannouss, the Moroccan international who joined on loan from Leicester in September 2025.

Bilal El Khannouss has penned a two-year contract with Stuttgart, keeping him at the club until 2028. The club's management expressed their satisfaction with the Moroccan midfielder's loan spell.

The 22-year-old, who arrived from Leicester in September 2025, quickly adapted to the Bundesliga environment. He featured in 41 matches across all competitions, netting 9 goals and providing 7 assists.

Such numbers have not only cemented his place in the Moroccan national team for the Africa Cup of Nations, but also now for the 2026 World Cup.
