Official: Thierno Barry signs with Everton

As previously reported, it's now official! Guinean forward Thierno Barry is an Everton player as of Wednesday, July 9.

After a stellar season with Villarreal (11 goals and 4 assists in 35 matches), the Guinean striker Thierno Barry is joining English club Everton. The player had revealed the move a few hours earlier. The transfer fee is estimated at €35 million.

"We have completed the signing of France U21 striker Thierno Barry from Villarreal for an undisclosed fee. Welcome to Everton, Barry," the club announced in an official statement.
