Official: Zoumana Keita joins Anderlecht

RSC Anderlecht announced on Tuesday the signing of young defender Zoumana Keita. The 19-year-old arrives from the German club Viktoria Köln.

A promising centre-back, Zoumana Keita has signed a contract with the Purple and White until 2029. He is set to discover the Belgian league after gaining initial experience in Germany. Of Malian descent, Keita is regarded as a rising talent by the Brussels management, who continue to focus on youth development to build for the future.

With this signing, Anderlecht strengthens its defensive ranks and looks ahead to future seasons. For his part, Zoumana Keita will be looking to gradually establish himself in the first team and live up to the expectations placed upon him.
