Jose Riveiro’s 2 - 1 victory over Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday not only handed Orlando Pirates critical win but also secured his place as club legend.

The triumph completed season double over their rivals tying the record for most derby wins by coach in the PSL era.

Tense Start for the Buccaneers

Kaizer Chiefs surged ahead early with goal from Glody Lilepo just 2 minute into the match , giving the home side early advantage.

However despite being on the back foot initially , Pirates remained resilient refusing to let the early setback derail them.

The Buccaneers responded with composure leveling the score in the 23 minute through Evidence Makgopa who capitalized on swift counter attack.
