Postecoglou on the physical condition of his players ahead of the Europa League semi-final
After a 1-1 draw against West Ham United on Sunday afternoon, today the London team's attention turns to next Thursday's match in the second semi-final of the Europa League in Norway against Bodo/Glimt. The second leg is expected to be easy for Tottenham Hotspur after they won the first leg by a score of 3-1 at home.
Before heading to Norway, Australian coach Ange Postecoglou gave an update on the physical condition of his players James Maddison and Dominic Solanke, who did not participate in the match against West Ham United.

Speaking to the media after the match, which ended in a draw, the Australian coach expressed optimism towards his players Monday that the Norwegian team will face in Norway.
“Dom’s improving. We expect him to be OK for Thursday,Just left him out today to recover more. Madders is a bit more of a concern. We’ll get more information in the next day or so, but we’re optimistic about him".
Ange Postecoglou made many changes for their match against West Ham United, reaching 8 changes and with this draw the London team settled in 16th place.
"It’s something we’ve been doing for a while because we’ve had to, We’ve had a wretched run with injuries which still hasn’t eased up, to be fair, But with the opportunity we've got before us [in the Europa League], it made sense.".
