Premier League Unveils New Puma Match Ball, Ending 25-Year Nike Era

In major shift ahead of the 2025 - 26 season, the Premier League's officially revealed its new match ball created by Puma, marking the end of 25 year partnership with Nike.

Puma Takes the Reins After Two Decades of Nike

For the first time since the early 2000s, new name will be behind the ball used in the world’s most watched league. The PL announced that Puma'll supply the official match ball starting next season replacing Nike after more than 2 decades.

Debut Set for US Summer Series

The new ball'll make its first on pitch appearance during the PL Summer Series matches in the U.S this Jul, giving global fans first look before the season kicks off on the weekend of 16 Aug.

According to the league’s official website, the ball's engineered with 12 equally sized panels for precise weight distribution enhanced aerodynamics and long lasting shape retention.

Wider & deeper seams are designed to improve flight dynamics and overall durability.
