Rangers FC: Hamza Igamane named young player of the season!

Arriving at Glasgow Rangers last summer from AS FAR, Hamza Igamane quickly won the hearts of Scottish fans. In his debut season with the legendary Premiership club, the Moroccan international was honored with two trophies at the 2024-2025 Player Awards: Young Player of the Year and Goal of the Season.

The Rangers celebrated their new signing's outstanding performance on their social media. Igamane's match-winning strike against Celtic during the famous Old Firm at Parkhead was voted the best men's goal of the season.

The 22-year-old center-forward impressed not only with that goal. His rapid adaptation to life in Glasgow and his consistent performances earned him the club's Young Player of the Year title.

Under contract until 2029, Igamane featured in 42 matches this season, scoring 15 goals and providing 3 assists.

An extremely promising start for the man fans already call "the Moroccan diamond."
