Sadia Diakhabi signs with Stade Briochin

Sadia Diakhabi has found a new destination. The French-Senegalese right-back has signed with Stade Briochin, newly promoted to National 2 this season.

After his contract ended with Paris 13 Atletico, where he played 11 National matches last season (starting 10 of them), the 23-year-old defender now strengthens the right flank of Briochin's defense. Having previously played for Évreux, Diakhabi made a name for himself with his defensive discipline and ability to push forward. He also spent time at Le Puy in N2, giving him valuable experience at this level of competition.

The club’s second summer signing, he embodies the Breton management’s ambition to focus on young, competitive players capable of committing to the long term. Stade Briochin, aiming for stability on their return to N2, is counting on Diakhabi to shore up the right side and bring consistency to their defensive line.
