Salah on the verge of a new Premier League record!
Egyptian superstar Mohamed Salah, Liverpool's winger, is on the brink of matching the record held by Ghana international Jordan Ayew as the third most capped African player in Premier League history.
The Reds’ forward is set to make his 300th appearance in the English top flight this Monday night, as Liverpool travel to Brighton for Matchday 37 of the 2024-2025 season.

Former Ivorian defender Kolo Touré holds the top spot among African players with the most Premier League appearances, having racked up 353 matches for Arsenal, Manchester City, and Liverpool between 2002 and 2016.
Touré leads his compatriot Wilfried Zaha, the former Crystal Palace and Manchester United forward, who sits second with 305 matches played.
