Samba Konaté heads to Leipzig

Samba Konaté is leaving the Côte d’Azur for Germany. The young striker of Senegalese descent has officially joined RB Leipzig, one of the Bundesliga’s most ambitious clubs. He’s only 16, but already boasts a hugely promising future.

RB Leipzig is no ordinary club. They love young talent, nurture it, and give it a stage. Konaté knows this well. He’s not entering unknown territory, but a system built to help emerging stars shine. His transfer was announced by Cavigal Nice Football through a video on Instagram.
