Durán and Ângelo to replace Ronaldo and Mané against Damac
Moreover, Italian coach Stefano Pioli has decided to rest his Portuguese captain Cristiano Ronaldo due to the sequence of matches. This choice aims to preserve him for the crucial AFC Champions League Elite quarter-final, scheduled next Saturday against Yokohama F. Marinos (Japan).
According to the Saudi daily Arriyadiyah, Pioli is expected to rely on Colombian Jhon Durán and Brazilian Ângelo Gabriel to make up for the absences of Ronaldo and Mané. A duo that could bring a new look to Al-Nassr's attack.
As a reminder, "Al-Alami" currently occupies third place in the standings with 57 points, while Damac is in eleventh position with 31 points.
