Siriné Doucouré returns to Lorient

Stade Lavallois officially announced on Tuesday, May 13, the return of Siriné Doucouré to FC Lorient, the club where he came through the ranks. Loaned out last summer without a purchase option, the French-Malian striker will not continue his journey in Mayenne.

At 23 years old, Siriné Doucouré featured in 25 Ligue 2 matches this season wearing the Laval shirt, scoring one goal and providing two assists. While these statistics are modest, his consistent playing time could help reignite his momentum at Lorient.

Still under contract with the Breton club until June 2026, the player will now look to make his mark with Les Merlus in a squad hungry for attacking reinforcements.
