Soumaïla Traoré Zonzi returns to FC Versailles

The young midfielder Soumaïla Traoré Zonzi is set to rejoin FC Versailles for another spell.

Already loaned out during the past six months, the 20-year-old is making his return to the club from the Paris region, this time with a purchase option included. Still under contract with Olympique de Marseille, the Malian defensive midfielder has already completed his medical, indicating the deal is close to completion.

Soumaïla Traoré Zonzi will be looking to continue his development in the National division, a league he is becoming increasingly familiar with. Trained at OM, he is regarded as a high-potential talent, and this new loan should give him the opportunity to rack up valuable minutes and gain maturity on the pitch.
