Spotify Camp Nou: FC Barcelona delivers disappointing news

Hoping to reopen Camp Nou to fans for the Gamper Trophy match on August 10, Barça has run into a setback.

Indeed, as some media outlets reported earlier this week, the Gamper Trophy match on August 10 will now take place at the Johan Cruyff Stadium, located at the FC Barcelona training center.

"FC Barcelona announces that it has suspended the match at Spotify Camp Nou, which was scheduled to coincide with the Joan Gamper Trophy on August 10," the Spanish club stated. The reason? The Blaugrana were unable to obtain the activity license from the Barcelona city council due to a compliance issue.

However, there is still hope for a return in time for the first Liga matches.
