The Atlas Lions are set to host the Carthage Eagles in a friendly on June 7, in preparation for the Africa Cup of Nations (Morocco 2025).
The former Raja striker did not hesitate to criticize Tunisia for not voting in favor of Fouzi Lekjaâ during the CAF representative elections to the FIFA Council.

I don't understand how we can maintain this friendly match when Tunisia avoided voting in favor of Morocco's representative in the FIFA Council elections. We cannot give them the privilege of playing on a field for the next AFCON.
An unfounded rumor
Hamza Abourazzouk's statements turned out to be inaccurate as Tunisia did vote in favor of Fouzi Lekjaâ.
This was confirmed by the Moroccan newspaper al3omk, citing Abdelmalek Abroun, an influential member of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF).
