This Moroccan gem catches Marseille's eye
At just 19 years old, Gessime Yassine is already making waves at the highest level. The right winger from USL Dunkerque, this season's breakout star in Ligue 2, has now caught the attention of Olympique de Marseille.
According to information from BelOM, the Marseille club is closely monitoring the Morocco U20 international. And OM isn't alone. Several Ligue 1 teams, as well as clubs from Europe's top five leagues, are also keeping tabs on the young talent.
Under contract with Dunkerque until 2027, Gessime Yassine has played 35 matches this season. He found the net 3 times and provided 2 assists, showing impressive consistency for such a young player.
