AC Oulu is betting on youth and African potential. The Finnish club has confirmed the arrival of three young Nigerians: Chikadibia Nwachukwu, Israel Oklenyi and Joel Omotayo. All aged 18, they come from Double Kings Football Academy, a well-known Nigerian institution renowned for its player development.

The three new signings touched down in Finland this Monday, May 2, ready to begin a new chapter in their careers. The trio brings complementary skill sets. Israel Oklenyi plays as a goalkeeper, Joel Omotayo is a midfielder capable of dictating the tempo, while Chikadibia Nwachukwu adds pace and attacking thrust down the right wing.

With these signings, AC Oulu reaffirms its intention to diversify its squad and further embrace African talents. It's a bold yet calculated move. At just 18 years old, the three players will have the chance to develop in a competitive league, providing their coach with fresh options on the pitch.
