Transfer window: Evan Ndicka, top target for English giants!

Ivorian defender Evan Ndicka is drawing intense interest from Premier League heavyweights after an impressive season with AS Roma.

According to RMC Sport, Manchester United and Tottenham have already reached out to Roma’s management to inquire about the player’s situation, with a view to a possible move in the current summer transfer window.

Manchester United’s new manager, Rúben Amorim, is seeking to bolster his defense and sees Ndicka as the perfect fit. Tottenham, on their part, are also eager to strengthen their backline with an experienced player. Ndicka, who made his name in the Bundesliga with Eintracht Frankfurt, has further proven his quality in Serie A wearing Roma’s colors.

Arsenal are also monitoring the situation, though no official bid has been made yet. Manager Mikel Arteta is particularly impressed by Ndicka’s left-footed ability and his composure when playing out under pressure.

At 25 years old and born in Paris, Ndicka is under contract with Roma until June 2028. He was named in Serie A’s Team of the Season for 2024-2025. With Roma set to miss out on the Champions League next season, a departure seems possible. However, Ndicka is in no rush to decide and prefers to carefully consider all offers before choosing his next destination.
