Transfer window: Manchester City make a move for Carlos Baleba!
According to the English press, Manchester City have set their sights on Cameroonian international Carlos Baleba for a potential move in the upcoming summer transfer window.
The young midfielder, a true revelation this season with Brighton in the Premier League, has been delivering top-level performances both for his club and the "Indomitable Lions." His displays have naturally caught the attention of the Sky Blues, as well as several other major European clubs.
Carlos Baleba on Manchester City’s radar
According to renowned English journalist Jack Gaughan, Manchester City’s management is closely monitoring 21-year-old Carlos Baleba, whose performances have continued to impress since his arrival in England.
The same source reports that Manchester City scouts attended a Brighton match last January specifically to observe Baleba, and were reportedly won over by his impact on the pitch.
An undisputed starter despite his young age, Baleba has featured in 38 matches across all competitions this season, scoring 4 goals and providing 2 assists.
To recap, the former LOSC player is currently valued at €35 million and is under contract with Brighton until 2028.
