Transfer window: Villarreal targets a Senegalese goalkeeper standing 2.07 meters tall

Villarreal CF has set its sights on Abdul Mendy as part of its summer recruitment drive. The club is keen to secure the services of this promising Senegalese shot-stopper, who is currently considered the tallest goalkeeper playing in Spain.

Abdourahamane Mendy, known as Abdul Mendy, is 22 years old and has caught the eye with his imposing and extraordinary stature (2.07 m), as well as his rare athletic qualities. Trained at the Espérance de Guédiawaye academy in Senegal, he made the move to Europe to further his development.
