Trésor Matanda changes club in Belgium
New chapter for Trésor Matanda. The 21-year-old central defender has officially signed with RFC Knokke, a club competing in the Belgian second division. Coming from RFC Tournai, he previously played in the third tier.
Of Congolese descent but trained in the Netherlands, this solid center-back (1.85m) stood out for his game reading, physical presence, and composure on the ball. These qualities caught the eye of RFC Knokke, who are looking to build a stronger and more promising defensive line.
The club has made the signing official, confirming that the player has committed for two seasons. This is a great opportunity for Trésor Matanda to test himself at a higher level and strive to make his mark.
