Guirassy, stunning hat-trick but Dortmund eliminated!
Scoring a spectacular hat-trick against FC Barcelona last Tuesday, Guinean forward Serhou Guirassy shone despite his team, Borussia Dortmund, being eliminated after failing to overturn their heavy first-leg defeat (4-0) against the Catalans.
In comments reported by Sky Sport Germany, the Guinean international said: "I am proud of what we achieved. Barcelona is a great team, but so is ours. We fought to the end and showed what we are capable of."
He added: "I can't do everything alone. I love scoring goals, but it's a shame our journey in this competition ends here."
