Unity Cup 2025: Ghana put on a show against Trinidad and Tobago (4-0)!

Just three days after a frustrating defeat to Nigeria (1-2), Ghana were all smiles again as they comfortably swept aside Trinidad and Tobago (4-0) this Saturday in the Unity Cup 2025.

A clear and emphatic victory, built on a blistering start and total control throughout the match.

The Black Stars wasted no time imposing their rhythm. In the 6th minute, the inevitable Jordan Ayew latched onto a perfectly weighted pass to open the scoring.

Just six minutes later, Razak Simpson broke into the box and doubled the lead, leaving the Trinidadian defense helpless. Ghana kept the momentum firmly in their grasp until the break.

A controlled Ghanaian attacking masterclass

Before halftime, Mohammed Fuseini struck a third goal in the 41st minute, cementing his side's complete dominance.

After the break, the script remained unchanged: Ghana kept pushing forward, and Lawrence Agyekum delivered the final blow in the 51st minute.

Afterwards, the Black Stars calmly controlled proceedings, leaving only scraps for an overmatched opponent.

This victory secures third place for Ghana in the competition, with a balanced record: one defeat and one win.
