Nigeria head coach Eric Chelle's confirmed that the upcoming Unity Cup in London will serve as testing ground for fresh talent as the super eagles intensify preparations for the 2026 FIFA world cup qualifiers.
Fresh Faces on the Horizon
Chelle who took charge in Jan 2025 hinted at expanding his player pool following the inclusion of 4 new faces during last month’s qualifiers against Rwanda & Zimbabwe.
“It will give us the chance to try out few new players in different roles We need to strengthen our squad ahead of Sep & Oct’s qualifiers”
