Wilfried Nathan Douala responds to the controversy about his age!

Wilfried Nathan Douala, the Cameroonian attacking midfielder, reacted emotionally to the rumors that have circulated in recent months on social media, accusing him of falsifying his age. These unfounded accusations have damaged his reputation and harmed his young career.
At 18 years old, the young Cameroonian international spoke during an interview with his compatriot Hervé Tchami, broadcast on the YouTube channel Passion Foot Invest. He addressed the wave of doubts surrounding his true birthdate, which has severely tarnished his image as a promising player.
Douala: “What happened was a witch hunt against me”!
“It really affected me. Everything changed in my life,” Douala, considered one of the great hopes of the Cameroonian team, confided.
And he added: "I think it was a witch hunt against me […] If you are my Cameroonian brother and you allow yourself to talk about this, it means you do not love this country. If you attack me, you attack Cameroon. "
Investigations conducted by the Cameroonian Football Federation (FECAFOOT), under the supervision of its president Samuel Eto'o, concluded in the innocence of the Victoria United player, thus dismissing the accusations of age falsification.
Following these investigations, the suspension that had been imposed on him was lifted, officially confirming that his real age is indeed 18, and not 23 as some sources had falsely claimed.
