Wolfsburg sets Mohamed Amoura's price tag
Mohamed Amoura is attracting plenty of attention across Europe. According to information from German outlet Kicker, Wolfsburg has set a €40 million price tag on their Algerian international striker.
Currently contracted to Union Saint-Gilloise until 2027, Amoura joined Wolfsburg on a loan deal with a mandatory purchase clause for the 2024/25 season. The German club will need to pay €14.75 million to the Belgian side before considering any potential resale at a much higher price.
At 25 years old, the Algerian's stock has soared, largely thanks to his performances on Bundesliga pitches and his displays for the national team. Several European clubs have shown interest, including Bayer Leverkusen, Eintracht Frankfurt, and Nottingham Forest in England. Wolfsburg could pull off a major financial coup if any of these suitors make a move in the coming weeks.
