As the clash with Iraq approaches, Didier Deschamps is considering a few adjustments to his starting eleven. Barcola, Digne, and Manu Koné are among those tipped to start the match.

The French national team could showcase a slightly different look in their second 2026 World Cup match against Iraq. Indeed, according to information from RMC, Didier Deschamps is reportedly contemplating up to three changes in his starting lineup.

Bradley Barcola is expected to be given the nod ahead of his Paris Saint-Germain teammate Désiré Doué. Meanwhile, Lucas Digne could step in for Théo Hernandez, who appeared to struggle at the end of the match against Senegal.

Finally, another adjustment is anticipated in midfield. Manu Koné is highly likely to start in order to give Aurélien Tchouaméni a rest. However, the French manager has yet to officially confirm his choices.
