As part of the quarter-finals of this 2026 World Cup, Argentina will face Switzerland this Sunday, July 12.

FIFA has just announced the refereeing team that will be in charge of the match. Leading the crew is a Portuguese team, joined by two Canadians.

Joao Pinheiro will be the main referee, assisted by his two compatriots Bruno Jesus and Luciano Maia. The fourth official will be Drew Fischer, supported by fellow Canadian Michaal Barwegen.
