Wydad Excludes 8 Players Ahead of FIFA Club World Cup in the USA

Wydad Casablanca coach Mohamed Amine Benhachem has left eight players out of his squad for the upcoming FIFA Club World cup 2025 in the U.S. The Moroccan giants departed for the U.S on Tuesday with their 1st match set for 18 Jun.

The list of absentees includes Walid Nassi, Hamza Sakhi, Mohamed El Jadidi, Mounir El Habbach, Ayman Dairani, Saifeddine Bouhra, Zakaria Nacik and Yassine Bennani. All were excluded for technical reasons according to reports.

Wydad named provisional list of 26 player with new signings expected to join the team soon. The club's racing against time to finalize transfers before the close of the special transfer window.
