Zamalek investigates Zizo's US visa!

The Zamalek SC headquarters hosted a hearing on Saturday, May 10, regarding Ahmed Mostafa "Zizo," the team's midfielder, attended by his lawyer Achraf Abdelaziz. This move comes in response to his prolonged absence from training sessions in recent weeks.
In an official statement, the club announced that Zizo was questioned as part of his appeal against disciplinary sanctions imposed by management, in accordance with internal regulations, for missing training sessions and matches for nearly a month, as well as other breaches noted by the club.
The hearing was held on the date set by management, as specified in the statement.
What happened during the hearing
According to reliable Egyptian sources, the session lasted about two hours. During the proceedings, Zizo denied having signed with Al Ahly, and also dismissed rumors that his visit to the US embassy last month was in any way connected to a possible participation in the Club World Cup. He insisted that he went there solely to apply for a tourist visa.
In this context, a source close to the club revealed to FilGoal that Zamalek's management had officially contacted the US embassy in Cairo to verify the type of visa issued to Zizo.
The player confirmed during his hearing that the visa obtained was for tourism purposes only.
It should be noted that Ahmed Sayed Zizo is currently following a personalized fitness program at the club after being absent from group training for about 25 days.
