🔴 Sky Sport reveals a secret clause in Guirassy's contract with Dortmund!
Since his arrival at Dortmund last July from Stuttgart, the Guinean international Serhou Guirassy has been shining with the "Black and Yellow". He has been decisive 37 times this 2024/2025 season across all competitions, scoring 29 goals and providing 8 assists.
The African striker particularly stood out last Tuesday by scoring a hat-trick against FC Barcelona in the Champions League, before repeating the feat on Sunday by opening the scoring against Borussia Mönchengladbach in the Bundesliga.
Sky Sport reveals a surprise clause in Guirassy's contract!
The German site Sky Sport dedicated an article to Serhou Guirassy, considered one of the best African strikers at the moment. According to exclusive information, a particular clause in the 29-year-old striker's contract would allow certain European clubs to activate a special release option after the Club World Cup, scheduled this summer in the United States.
According to the same source, only a few elite clubs would be able to trigger this clause, namely: Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United, and Manchester City. The amount of this clause is said to be between 60 and 75 million euros.
However, the Sky Sport report adds that, despite this opportunity, the former Stade Rennais player is not considering an immediate departure. He is said to be thriving at Dortmund, where he has received the club's trust, especially after his knee injury, and is currently enjoying one of the highest salaries in the squad.
