After knocking out Germany (1-1, 4-3 on penalties) in the Round of 32 at this 2026 World Cup, Paraguay could be set to face France next Saturday in the Round of 16.

For Julio Enciso, the goalscorer against the Nationalmannschaft, fear is not an option.

"They're a very good team, packed with top-class players. No need to name them—they're all stars. They win everything and we're going to prepare to face them as such. But we have our own strengths, and with our style of play, we'll try to trouble any opponent," warned the player in the mixed zone.

However, France will first have to get past Sweden.
