Ahead of their clash in Nedbank: Miguel Carodoso praises Nasreddin Nabi and Kaizer Chiefs!

Ahead of this season's Nedbank Cup semi-final second leg on Sunday, 13 March, Portuguese coach Miguel Cardoso has praised the performance of their stubborn rivals Kaiz Chiefs this season.

Many clashes between the two teams this season!

This will be the fourth time Mamelodi and Sundowns will face each other this season, three times the Brazilians have won, twice in the Betway Premiership and once in the Carling Knockout Cup.

Miguel Cardoso captained the last encounter between Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns which Mamelodi won 1-0 at Lucas Moripe Stadium and they will need to be at their best to beat Kaizer Chiefs this time around.

Regarding the match as we approach the final of three competitions obviously, the level of the opponents and we have one of the historical and a top team in South Africa to whom we need to pay a strong attention.

Cardoso told the media.

When we played against them in the championship it was a very difficult match and regrading the amount of games we played at the time but always a very strong team, a well coached by coach Nabi and need to take ourselves limits if we want to win the match and go to final of this competition because as I said from the beginning its our objective to arrive at the decisive moment.
