Al Ahly: End of Club World Cup Dream for Reda Slim!
A press report confirmed on Tuesday, March 4, that Moroccan Reda Slim, winger of Al-Ahly, is no longer on the team's roster for the Club World Cup, which will be held in the United States from June 15 to July 13.
The Moroccan international appeared on Monday at the club's training ground, walking with crutches after undergoing surgery on the external meniscus of his left knee.

According to a source close to the Cairo club, Reda Slim will need 3 to 4 months to recover before he can gradually resume training.
The same source states that the 25-year-old player has no chance of making Al-Ahly's list for the Club World Cup. He will begin his rehabilitation program in Cairo before heading back to Austria to continue the second and third phases of his treatment.
Note that the "Club of the Century" will face Tala’ea El-Geish tomorrow, Wednesday, in the 17th round of the Egyptian Premier League.
