Alieu Njie tied to Torino until 2029

Torino is locking in one of its young talents. Alieu Njie, 20 years old and originally from Gambia, has just extended his contract until 2029.

Having joined the first team quietly, Alieu Njie quickly established himself as a promising prospect. He featured in 16 Serie A matches last season, scoring once before suffering a right foot injury in February during a clash with Atalanta following a duel with Juan Cuadrado.

His return to the pitch, after roughly three months out, convinced the Torino management to bet on him for the long term. Already under contract until 2027, Njie has now extended for two more seasons. It's a clear show of faith in the young Swedish winger, who can now continue his development with renewed confidence.
