Right after Morocco–Syria, attention shifts to the second quarter-final of the FIFA Arab Cup 2025 with a promising showdown between Palestine and Saudi Arabia. Buoyed by a strong group stage, the Palestinians head into this clash aiming to reach the semi-finals for the first time in their history. On the other side, Saudi Arabia, led by Hervé Renard, remain one of the main title contenders despite their defeat to Morocco in the last group match.

Finishing top of Group A, unbeaten with one win and two draws, Palestine has showcased impressive collective solidity.
