Ballon d'Or 2025: Dembélé resolute ahead of Chelsea clash

Before facing Chelsea's Blues in the 2025 Club World Cup final, Ousmane Dembélé weighed in on the Ballon d'Or—a trophy for which he is considered a leading contender.

When asked about the award by Marca, the former Barcelona winger sidestepped the topic, choosing instead to highlight the team effort: "I've worked hard to get here, and the praise is welcome, but my focus is on giving everything I have for the team and achieving even greater things together," he declared.

Dembélé is determined to clinch victory tonight against Chelsea: "It's a dream moment, our ambition is at its peak and we want to keep making history with PSG. Chelsea will be a very tough opponent," he added.
