According to TEAMtalk, Cavan Sullivan remains on the radar of both Real Madrid and Barcelona, even though the USMNT prospect has already committed to joining Manchester City. The 16-year-old has kept turning heads ever since his breakthrough in MLS at just 14, and this season he has firmly established himself in Philadelphia Union's senior side, registering six goals and five assists over 23 league outings.

Although Sullivan has already agreed to join Manchester City once he turns 18, the Spanish giants could still make their move should he find it difficult to force his way into City's first team quickly.
