Substituted late in the match against Fenerbahçe SK, Wilfred Ndidi is suffering from a muscle injury, Beşiktaş JK has announced.

Tests conducted after the game revealed a strain accompanied by bleeding in the biceps femoris, located at the back of the thigh. The Nigerian international, who began feeling pain in the 85th minute, was unable to finish the match.

Under the care of the medical staff, Ndidi has already started his treatment. However, the length of his absence is still unknown. It's a heavy blow for Beşiktaş, who may now be without a key player for the coming weeks.
