Bundesliga: two Africans nominated for the team of the season

Two African players have been shortlisted for the team of the 2024-2025 season in the German Championship.

The selection of the best eleven in the Bundesliga will be determined by fan votes, which will close on Sunday, April 27 (7:59 PM).

The nominees include Algerian Mohamed Amine Amoura, the striker from Wolfsburg, and Guinean Serhou Guirassy, the powerhouse from Borussia Dortmund.

Mohamed Amine Amoura's season in numbers

In 27 matches played in this 2024-2025 edition of the German Championship, the Jijel native has scored 10 goals and provided 10 assists. Sought after by several major European football clubs, Amoura is expected to leave Wolfsburg at the end of the current season.

Serhou Guirassy's season in numbers

The Guinean international participated in 26 matches this season, with a record of 16 goals and 3 assists. Furthermore, he contributed to 18 goals in 14 Champions League appearances.
