Club World Cup: Sundowns' record in the 2024-2025 season

Mamelodi Sundowns will be looking to leave a strong impression at the 2025 Club World Cup.

The tournament will be held in the United States from June 15 to July 13, featuring 32 clubs.

Sundowns' record in the 2024-2025 season

The African football giant clinched the domestic league title. With two matches left in the season, they lead their closest rivals, Orlando Pirates, by 12 points.

However, their cup run ended in the semi-finals, as they were knocked out by Stellenbosch FC in a narrow defeat. They also lost the CAF Champions League final to Egyptian side Pyramids FC, with a 3-2 aggregate score.

Sundowns' Club World Cup schedule

Mamelodi Sundowns will kick off their campaign on June 17 against South Korea's Ulsan, then face Borussia Dortmund on June 21, before wrapping up the group stage on June 25 against Fluminense Football Club.
