Four African clubs are set to participate in the upcoming edition of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, which will take place in the United States from June 15 to July 13.

These are Espérance de Tunis (Tunisia), Wydad Casablanca (Morocco), Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa), and Al Ahly (Egypt).

Several African players have made their mark in this prestigious international competition, most notably Egyptian football legend Mohamed Aboutrika.

Below is the ranking of African scorers at the 2025 Club World Cup:

1/ Mohamed Aboutrika (Egypt): 4 goals

2/ Hussein El Shahat (Egypt): 4 goals

3/ Hamdou Elhouni (Libya): 3 goals

4/ Baghdad Bounedjeh (Algeria): 3 goals

5/ Flavio Amado (Angola): 3 goals

6/ Ahmed Abdelkader (Egypt): 3 goals
