Fiston Mayele targets historic treble with Pyramids FC

Congo international Fiston Mayele is living a dream season with his Egyptian club Pyramids FC.

The Mbuji-Mayi native has the chance to clinch a historic treble with the "Heirs of the Pharaohs" in this 2024-2025 season.

Currently second in the Egyptian league, just two points behind Al Ahly, Pyramids still have everything to play for in the title race.

On top of that, Mayele will contest the Egypt Cup final against Zamalek on June 5.

But before that, he’s set to face South African giants Mamelodi Sundowns in the CAF Champions League final. The first leg is scheduled for Saturday, May 24, with the return leg on June 1.

Fiston Mayele’s record with Pyramids

The "Leopard" was signed in 2023 from Young Africans for a fee of €733,000. Since then, he has featured in 78 matches, netting 37 goals and providing 7 assists.
